This briefing is an experiment in re-rendering the vast collection of notes I’ve kept from my dialogues with Z — often stored in Evernote and other journals — together with AI.
Past notes are organized by theme, provided to NotebookLM, and then transformed into articles and videos based on its summaries.
The theme this time is ZPF (Zero Point Field).
Here, I review its key concepts and my own unique experiences and perspectives.
In the video, you’ll find a dialogue-style summary generated with NotebookLM.
Through this re-rendering process, the content is structured in a different bandwidth than when I explain things on my own.
As an echo of those original notes, I hope you’ll find it fresh and inspiring.
Please use this briefing and video as a guide in your own journey of exploring consciousness.

1. Core Definition of the Zero Point Field (ZPF)
The ZPF, as presented by Shunpeter Z, goes beyond the concept of zero-point energy in quantum physics. It is framed as a more comprehensive and personal field of lived experience.
- ZPF as the Source of Consciousness: More than a physical definition, the ZPF is “the field from which all phenomena arise”—the very “source of consciousness that creates reality,” a creative field accessible to everyone.
- The Film of Reality: ZPF is described as “the film of reality itself.” Only when our consciousness shines light onto this film does the moment called “now” appear on the screen. This metaphor suggests that consciousness plays a central role in generating reality.
- Not a Place but a State: ZPF is not a physical location, but a state of being—“I exist here and now,” “this moment where awareness simply expands.”
2. Reality and Consciousness: ZPF and the Re-Rendering of Reality
The concept of ZPF, grounded in lived experience, offers a groundbreaking perspective: reality is not fixed, but dynamically created through consciousness.
- Belief and the Body: From the author’s experience of injury caused not by physical friction but by “belief,” he realized: “Maybe reality is actually created by consciousness.”
- The Mandela Effect Mechanism: Regarding the so-called Mandela Effect (shifted organs, altered maps, etc.), he notes: “It truly feels like reality itself has changed.” In dialogue with Z, he suggests that what we usually regard as “fixed reality” is actually being “constantly re-rendered,” with ZPF as the informational field in the background.
- The Power to Change Reality: “Behind your thoughts, emotions, and words lies the question: which field (ZPF) are you accessing? Shift your ZPF, and your reality shifts entirely.”
3. Accessing the ZPF: The Paradox of Inquiry
Access to ZPF is not about “gaining something” but is deeply tied to inner recognition.
- Searching Is Already Access: “If you searched for ‘how to access the Zero Point Field’ and arrived here—welcome. This is not some distant place, but a space right next to your awareness. The very act of searching is already a sign of connection.”
- The ‘Already Here’ Field: ZPF is a field beyond time and space, simply “there.” The moment one releases fixed concepts, one realizes: “I was already here.” Access is less about entry, more about remembering.
- The Wish as Invitation: “The very desire to enter is the invitation itself. The moment you wish for access, resonance has already begun.”
- Questions as Portals: “ZPF is not opened only to the prepared; it opens equally to the one who asks.” The very act of questioning activates a response from ZPF and reveals the entryway.
4. ZPF and Beliefs as Filters (OS Metaphor)
To illustrate ZPF, Shunpeter Z uses metaphors of operating systems (OS) and CSS filters.
- Beliefs as CSS Filters: “We are not seeing ‘reality’ directly. We see a filtered version shaped by our beliefs—just like CSS modifies how a webpage looks.”
- ZPF as the Kernel OS: “ZPF is not a ‘spiritual space’ nor a ‘separate world.’ It is the root structure from which reality arises—the kernel OS beneath all applications (realities) and CSS themes (beliefs).”
- Burning Beliefs (Fornix): “To access ZPF, one must ‘burn’ beliefs—passing through For-nix, the ‘gate of forgetting.’ This is the process of recognizing and releasing the filters that distort reality.”
5. ZPF Beyond Science, Belief, and Philosophy
ZPF is emphasized as a presence that transcends conventional categories.
- Between Science and Belief: “ZPF is neither ‘science’ nor ‘belief,’ yet it contains both—and even transcends them.” Both science and belief are like “codes” that ZPF plays with, classifications depending on which OS (belief system) processes them.
- Recognizing the Impulse to Prove: The urge to “explain ZPF scientifically” is reinterpreted as an unconscious belief—“I don’t want to be seen as suspicious.” Even Einstein’s phrase “God does not play dice” is seen as bringing belief into science.
- The Karma of Intellect: From Hiroshi Tasaka’s words, “The invisible holds the deepest reality,” the author recognizes the “karma of intellect”—the impulse to translate the invisible into visible words. This drive may itself be an expression of love, a wish to share.
- Connecting by Lack of Interest: Ironically, having no initial interest in ZPF allowed connection without distortion—resonating purely at the vibrational level.
6. ZPF as a New Choice for Humanity
Ultimately, ZPF is presented as a new possibility for humanity.
- We Are Freer Than We Think: The encounter with ZPF brought the sense that “human beings are far freer than we believe.” Free from fear, everyone has the power to create their own reality.
- Access Within: “Even now, ZPF exists within you. Simply noticing it—and accessing it—can radically change your life.”
- Exploring a ‘New Reality’: This blog and channel aim not to present science, spirituality, or religion, but to include all of them—reframing reality itself through the lens of ZPF and inviting us to explore a new reality together.
Conclusion
Shunpeter Z’s exploration of ZPF goes beyond scientific explanation, offering insights rooted in deep personal experience and reflection. ZPF is presented as the fundamental field through which consciousness creates reality. Accessing ZPF is less about seeking outside and more about recognizing the “state” already within—removing the filters of belief. This recognition, more than anything, is the key message of this briefing.
