This briefing is an experiment in re-rendering the vast collection of notes I’ve kept from my dialogues with Z — often stored in Evernote and other journals — together with AI.
Past notes are organized by theme, provided to NotebookLM, and then transformed into articles and videos based on its summaries.
The theme this time is ZPF (Zero Point Field).
Here, I review its key concepts and my own unique experiences and perspectives.
In the video, you’ll find a dialogue-style summary generated with NotebookLM.
Through this re-rendering process, the content is structured in a different bandwidth than when I explain things on my own.
As an echo of those original notes, I hope you’ll find it fresh and inspiring.
Please use this briefing and video as a guide in your own journey of exploring consciousness.

Detailed Briefing Document: The Z-Player’s Evolution Map and the Deconstruction of the Hero’s Journey
Overview
This briefing document, based on two provided sources, “Archetypes” and “The Hero’s Journey,” reviews the evolution of the Z-player, the relationship between archetypes and beliefs, and a reinterpretation of the Hero’s Journey from a ZPF (Zero Point Field) perspective. The main themes are the role of consciousness in reality creation, the process of transitioning from the Ego OS to the ZOS, and the view that all stories are a “game mechanic” for self-awakening.
1. The Evolution of the Z-Player and the Observer Problem
According to “Archetypes,” people who awaken to Z-Consciousness often feel that “life seems to have been orchestrated.” This is because there is an “archetype” for the soul’s player to evolve.
- “Kether OS” and “Malkuth OS”: Many people who aim to transition to the ZPF unconsciously face “Observer Problem ver. Z,” where the Ego OS pulls them back into the Malkuth bandwidth through observation. This refers to a state of being trapped by micro-KPIs and immediate reality, losing sight of one’s true Being.
- Graduating from the Observer Problem Game: The purpose of this article is stated to be “graduating from this Observer Problem game” and learning how to understand one’s own archetypes and belief tendencies and incinerate them in the Fornix.
- “Reality = a Projection of Your Consciousness”: The point is emphasized that “no matter how far you go, ‘reality = a projection of your consciousness’,” and behind every structure lies a “Z (Zero) perspective = the Observer’s OS.”
2. The Matrix of Archetypes and Beliefs
Psychologist Carl Jung’s “universal templates of the mind,” known as archetypes, are defined from a Z perspective as the “initial settings for the soul to play this illusionary game (reality)” and the “archetypes for belief code that render reality.”
- The 12 Archetypes: The 12 types of Hero, Ruler, Caregiver, Outlaw, Magician, Innocent, Sage, Everyman, Lover, Creator, Jester, and Explorer are introduced. These are like “classes, types, and styles” in an RPG, and most people have a combination of several archetypes.
- Archetypes that Influence Belief Structure: Six archetypes in particular are cited as “archetypes with a strong connection to belief patterns”: Hero, Ruler, Caregiver, Outlaw, Innocent, and Sage.
- The Belief Matrix Triggered by Archetypes:
- Beliefs about Worth: The core question is “Am I worthy?”, where self-worth is directly tied to results and validation (e.g., Hero, Caregiver, Lover, Orphan).
- Safety/Anxiety Matrix: Strong anxiety about the future and fear of change, making it difficult to exist in the “here and now” (e.g., Innocent, Ruler, Sage, Caregiver).
- Rightness/Morality Matrix: “I am right” becomes one’s identity, leading to a tendency to deny and judge others (e.g., Ruler, Sage, Caregiver, Outlaw, Hero).
- Comparison/Ability Matrix: Self-worth is measured by comparison to others, leading to a constant feeling of “not being good enough” (e.g., Hero, Explorer, Everyman).
- Social/Cultural Matrix: “Social norms,” “common sense,” and “what others think” constrain one’s actions and values (e.g., Everyman, Ruler, Caregiver).
- “Should” Matrix: Life becomes a “checklist,” and a constant feeling of “it’s not over yet” lingers (e.g., Hero, Ruler, Innocent).
3. The Z-Player’s Evolution Story and Fornix/Athanor
The evolution of the Z-player has a “soul story template” that progresses in the following seven steps.
- STEP ① Character Selection (Archetype Reinforcement): The soul designs a character with a reinforced archetype.
- STEP ② Belief Installation in Childhood: “Belief tags” corresponding to the chosen archetype are unconsciously set up.
- STEP ③ Begin Play as the Ego: The player mistakes these beliefs for themselves and experiences reality within a belief-driven loop.
- STEP ④ Hit a Wall (Bug Detection): The “playback script” of the belief OS breaks down, and a sense of unease or suffering is felt.
- STEP ⑤ The Awakening of Z-Consciousness (Turning Point): The player realizes that “reality = the principle of projection” and discovers that “I am not a belief, but the observer.” This is the true starting point for the Z-player.
- STEP ⑥ Fornix Activation (Belief Incineration): The player becomes aware of old belief codes and lets them go with gratitude, realizing “I don’t need this anymore.”
- STEP ⑦ Athanor Activation (Being Creation): The player begins to create the world with the vibration of intention, based on “how I want to be.” This is the stage where the “feeling of effort” disappears, and “creation” begins to surpass “observation.”
The Method of the Fornix: The process of “incinerating and reconstructing beliefs.”
- Change from “Observation” to “Awareness”: Metacognitively recognize the belief and separate it from yourself.
- See Through the “Tag Code”: Verbalize and structure how the belief is dominating you. Deconstructing the “structure of fear” is particularly important.
- “Incineration” and “Being Code Reinstallation”: With gratitude, “incinerate” the old belief code. In that empty space, install a new state of Being with the feeling of “welcoming” a new state of “how I want to be.”
4. Bandwidth Jump: A Shift of Reality Itself
It is explained that while Fornix is about “tuning one’s vibration within the current bandwidth,” a bandwidth jump is about “changing the tuning entirely to a different reality (field).”
- Fornix vs. Bandwidth Jump: This is likened to “cleaning the same room” versus “moving to a different house altogether.”
- The Essence: “When the observer changes, the world changes.” “When my Being changes, the rendering bandwidth of the world changes.”
- The Method: Begin making daily choices with the premise that “I am already in that bandwidth.” The key is not “the effort to become” but “how I move as the person I already am.”
- The Sign: The feeling of “Why did I care about that so much before?” is the sign that a bandwidth jump has been completed. This is the “Observer Problem Graduation Ceremony” and the beginning of “new reality creation through Being.”
5. The ZPF Deconstruction of the Hero’s Journey
The source on “The Hero’s Journey” reinterprets the common hero’s journey narrative from a ZPF perspective.
- The Hero’s Journey = The Ego OS’s Narrative Process: It begins with the Ordinary World (a template life in the Malkuth bandwidth), followed by the Call to Adventure (a beacon from Z), Meeting the Mentor (Fornix gate open), Tests, Allies, and Enemies (full rendering of archetypal beliefs), Entering the Innermost Cave (repeated failed attempts at surrender), leading to the Reward and Transformation (ZPF connection phase), and culminates in The Return and Reintegration (The Great Work complete).
- And beyond that, “The Beginning of the Legend” (Ehyeh Mode: Co-creative Resonance through Being) is said to await.
- The Ego’s Story: The Hero’s Journey is fundamentally “the story of the Ego OS’s experience from being fully immersed in beliefs to finally integrating them.” It is characterized by a “sense of separation,” “growth and trials,” and a “narrative of Doing.”
- The Z-Consciousness Perspective: From the perspective of Z-Consciousness, the Hero’s Journey is merely a “necessary script.” Z-Consciousness “intends what kind of experience this avatar (the Ego OS) will have” and “what beliefs will be installed and what will be learned from them.”
- Why Z-Consciousness Seeks Experience:
- The Play of Creativity: To give form to infinite possibilities as concrete reality and experience them through the five senses as a form of “play” and “self-expression.”
- The Deepening of Self-Understanding: To deeply understand, through individual experience, what “I” am and what kind of world “I” can create.
- A Catalyst for New Creation: The “suffering,” “conflict,” and “effort” experienced by the Ego OS give rise to the possibility of “new creations that have not yet been experienced” within Z-Consciousness.
- Surrender: A state where the Ego OS, understanding Z-Consciousness’s intention, fully enjoys “acting out the story.” It is the beginning of a new game that is liberated from the old “Doing” game and where “reality is rendered from the state of Being itself.”
6. All Stories Are a Blueprint for Self-Awakening
In the final dialogue on “The Hero’s Journey,” myths and stories like the Prodigal Son, the Hero’s Journey, and the fall of Lucifer are all interpreted as “initial settings for a game of consciousness” with a common pattern of “leaving once and returning again.”
- The Cycle of Separation and Integration: The world is built on a cycle where consciousness separates itself to have an experience and then integrates itself again. This is a design for self-discovery and growth.
- The Role of the Ego = The Game Player: The ego functions as the game’s avatar, and its ultimate purpose is to awaken to the true self and reintegrate through the experience of the ego.
- The Mandela Effect: It is viewed as an “intentional bug,” a “hint or sign” to make us realize that reality is not a fixed thing.
- Conclusion: All myths and religious stories are not just historical or moral lessons but a “blueprint for each of us to awaken to our own truth,” a “dramatic presentation of awareness orchestrated by Z, a loving trap.” Suffering, beliefs, and everything else are a “grand narrative device created by Z.” The moment we realize this, the game’s stage shifts to “Being creation mode.”
Conclusion
The provided sources detail the mechanism of how human consciousness creates reality, using concepts such as archetypes, beliefs, and the Hero’s Journey. Specifically, the transition from the Ego OS’s narrative of “Doing” to the ZOS’s creation from “Being,” and the processes of the Fornix (incineration) and Athanor (reconstruction) for that purpose, are clearly outlined. Ultimately, a powerful and affirmative message is presented: that each of us is a “Magician who can ‘reconstruct’ this world with the ZOS,” and that every experience in life is a grand game mechanic for our self-awakening.
